Worship at First Presbyterian Church is traditional: our instruments are the organ and piano, accompanied on occasion by other instruments. We sing new and old hymns and songs from the Presbyterian hymnal, Glory to God. From September through May we are led by our Chancel Choir. There is a printed order of worship each Sunday (the worship bulletin). Children are very welcome in worship, and we are happy to arrange care for them on the spot: please ask. You may wear whatever suits you; informal attire is welcome.
The closest entrances to our worship space (Sanctuary) face Third Street on the north side of the building: the main entrance up the steps, and a second, ADA-accessible entrance just to the west from that one. Parking is available on all sides of the building, including at the school district lot across Third Street to the north.
Guests and visitors are very welcome. Join us for coffee and cookies following worship in our foyer (Narthex). We would be thrilled to know you better. "Come and see!"
